Most operators deliver photos one of two ways: a Dropbox folder with a cryptic file name, or a WeTransfer link that expires in seven days. Both are forgettable. Neither one has your name on it. Here's what I changed, and it made a dumb-obvious difference: every post-event gallery I send out now is branded. My logo at the top. My website URL. My phone number. A little "book your next event" button sitting right there while the guest is downloading their photo. Think about who's actually opening that link. It's not just the bride or the corporate event coordinator who hired you. It's Aunt Linda in Phoenix. It's the marketing manager's coworker who wasn't even at the party. It's the maid of honor who's getting married next spring and didn't know she needed a booth until she spent 20 minutes laughing at photos of herself. When your gallery looks like a Dropbox folder, you're invisible to all of them. When it's a clean, branded page with your name on it, you're an ad that people actually want to click through. The setup takes maybe 20 minutes if your software supports it — just add your logo, drop in your contact info, and set a booking link. That's it. You're not redesigning a website. You're just putting your name on the thing you're already delivering. Clients share their gallery with an average of 11 people. Right now, 11 people are seeing your photos and not knowing who took them.

The Story

Danielle runs a single-booth operation out of Nashville — mostly weddings and bachelorette parties, with a few corporate holiday gigs sprinkled in.
