What data we collect

When you download a resource or subscribe to the Booth Brief newsletter, we collect:

• Name (first name only)
• Email address

We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any other personal data.

How we use your data

Your information is used for two purposes:

• Delivering resources you requested (guides, templates, PDFs)
• Sending the Booth Brief newsletter (one email per week, every Tuesday)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the above.

Email provider

We use Resend to send emails. Your email address is stored securely with Resend and is subject to their privacy policy.

We never sell your data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

Cookies

Booth Brief uses minimal, essential cookies only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from our mailing list immediately. You can also visit our unsubscribe page.

Data deletion

You have the right to request complete deletion of your data at any time. Email us at hello@boothbrief.com with the subject line “Delete my data” and we will remove all your information within 7 business days.

GDPR compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (database) and Resend (email). Both providers use encryption at rest and in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. We will not materially change how we use your data without notifying you via email.
